Coach Phillips is entering his 29th season as a football coach and his 6th season as an Assistant Coach at River Ridge working as the Special Teams Coordinator and Outside Linebackers Coach.

Married to Susan Stuart Phillips for 29 years. Coach Phillips has two daughters, Madison (24) who is presently in Graduate School at Ole Miss University and Kennedy (16) who is a Junior at River Ridge High School.
