Why I coach is simple. I love to see the transformation of these "boys" to young men! Some of them come to us never having played football or really having done anything strenuous or athletic and the "shock" this game can bring is sometimes a lot for a youngster to handle! I feel it is the ultimate challenge, as coach, for me to introduce the game to them in a way that's understandable, very real, physically challenging but above all fun to play! And prepare them for the challenges of life that lie ahead.
